While we do our absolute best to accommodate your specific flower requests, exact varieties cannot be guaranteed during the Mother’s Day week—even on early orders—due to high demand and the natural seasonality of flowers.

In the rare case that a variety becomes unavailable, our experienced team will thoughtfully substitute with a bloom of similar color, shape, and quality to maintain the integrity of your order.

Claims & Credit Policy: Once you receive your floral order, immediately open up the boxes and process all flowers. If you have any quality problems, shortages, or wrong products, please contact us immediately. Photos and details about the credit request are required. Please ask your sales rep for a credit request form and send it back via email in order for your claim to be approved. Ramirez Wholesale Flowers Inc. isn't responsible for problems occurring during shipping from our location to your facility, which include but not limited to, delayed shipments, weather related disruption, loss of product by carrier or issues related by acts of God.
